There are hundreds of unique Pokémon that trainers can find and capture in the world of pokemon Go.
Pokémon like Pidgey and Taillow are common and can be found easily while creatures such as Charmander and Totodile are more difficult to find, but not impossible to catch. A particular Pokémon coach has trouble capturing is Ditto, Pokémon capable of turning into others and steal their attacks.
Ditto does not appear on the world map at stake because it always disguises themselves in one of the many pokemon in the wild. This mechanics makes it impossible to say whether the creature you are trying to capture is this Pokémon, or a disguised sense.
The only way to capture an idem is to regularly chase some of the most common Go's_ Pokémon. Let's hope they turn into idem after successful capture. The pokémon that Ditto could disguise themselves are:
- Bidoof
- Gulpin
- HOOTOOT
- Hoppip
- Ledyba
- Numel
- Paras
- Remoriard
- Seedot
- Skitty
- Spinarak
- Venon
- Aspicot
- Whismur
You want to monitor one of these pikemon available wandering in your area, to see if you can potentially capture a datuto of them. You will not know it's an idem until you get them, then when you go to the success screen, you receive an oh? message, and the captured Pokémon turns out to be an idem.
You must stay on your guards to capture an idem. Some of the above Pokémon will change, making ditto even more elusive than it is already for coaches wishing to acquire them. If you follow the updates and reduce your search radius, using lunchy incense, lures and eggs, you can increase your chances.
